Please plan in advance when requesting a draw. Once the request has been made, we will forward it to the inspector.
Construction Draw Request: Will be complete within 6 business days (not including the day the request was made) and your check will be ready for pick up or mailed regular mail.
Rush Construction Draw Request: Will be complete within 3 business days (not including the day request was made) and your check will be ready for pick up or mailed regular mail. (Refunds will not be made if the inspection takes longer than 3 business days.)
An inspection fee will be deducted from your escrow account once the inspection has been delivered, prices vary.
